Services:

• Service Guarantee:

  • We strive for customer satisfaction with all our landscaping services.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

  • We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a solution, which may include re-performing the service or providing a partial refund.

• Service Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If weather prevents the service from being done, the service will be rescheduled.

Products (Plants, Turf, Materials):

• Plant Material:

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are generally not accepted.

  • If plants are damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 2 hours with photographic evidence.

  • We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.

• Turf and Materials:

  • Returns of unused turf or materials may be accepted within 1 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Returns transport cost will be deducted from refund amount.

• Special Orders:

  • Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• For cash payments, refunds will be issued by cheque or bank transfer.

Exclusions:

• Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by improper care, neglect, or acts of nature.

• Landscaping services are heavily dependent on nature, therefore no guarantees of perfect growth can be provided.
